Trevor began volunteering for Cobb Landmarks & Historical Society at the age of twelve. He attended Kennesaw State University where he received a degree in American History and completed the Public History Certificate Program. While attending KSU, Trevor worked part-time at the Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History. After graduation, Trevor began working full-time for the Atlanta History Center in the Marketing & Communications department. Trevor worked at the History Center for seven years before returning to Cobb Landmarks as Executive Director in 2014. In 2015 Trevor was presented the Outstanding Alumnus award from Kennesaw State University. He was recognized in Cobb Life Magazine's 20 Under 40 List in January 2020.
Each year, Cobb Landmarks provides engaging programs and activities that reach thousands of preservationists, tourists, teachers, college students, and school-age children.
