The Rotary Club of East Cobb values the friendships and relationships that have been developed through all of our club's activities -- our Family of Rotary!  We devote time to develop those relationships and to learn more about our new members and their families.  We have several events each year for cultivating fellowship and friendship.  They include:

Charter Night Dinner
Every Spring, our club honors our founding members with a black-tie gala affair -- The Charter Night Dinner.  For the past few years, it has been held at The Georgian Club, high atop the Galleria.  This year, our guest speaker was Emmy Award-winning Atlanta News anchor John Pruitt, and entertainment was provided by Atlanta's number one blues band (11 years running) The Breeze Kings.

Holiday Party
The end of the calendar year is always a busy time, but don't miss this party!  Our Holiday Party is held at one of our member's homes in early December and is a fully catered, black-tie event.  Last year's party was held at the home of Fred Hanna.  It was an enchanted evening, and we are all hoping for a repeat invitation from Fred to host again.  :)

East Cobber Parade
Everyone loves a parade and what better time in East Cobb than the fall.  The East Cobber Parade is an annual event that attracts an audience of more than 10,000.  Look for our banner as we participate in this family tradition.

Many, Many Family-Friendly Parties and Gatherings

As we add more members, and younger members, our East Cobb Rotary family includes many more "future Rotarians".  We take much effort to hold youth-friendly social events, and we encourage Rotarians to bring their kids to our volunteer activities.  Perhaps the greatest gift we can give our children is to raise them in the culture of Rotary giving and Service Above Self.  This begins by including them in the social side of the Family of Rotary.
